He has comprehensive knowledge of the stakes related to climate and universal frameworks (UNFCCC, Paris Agreement, etc.) as well as the climate context of many countries and jurisdictions. Mouez also has solid experience in managing and implementing climate-related technical assistance projects under the auspices of international cooperation initiatives. ​Mouez is the climate policy advisor for the project Climate Action in Africa in charge of overseeing the implementation of the deployment under the climate governance component.
