Oliver Clarke

Oliver brings a decade of experience managing successful multi-donor governance reform, inclusive economic growth and voice & accountability programs in politically complex and fragile environments including Brazil, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Nepal, Pakistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tanzania. He has expertise in designing and setting up Monitoring and Evaluation Systems to provide accurate, timely data on project progress, social inclusion data, and financial performance to inform decision making and drive adaptation. Oliver has graduate qualifications in International Development and Humanitarian Emergencies from the London School of Economics.
