Angela Ma

Angela is the Project Coordinator, Financial Controller, and Request for Proposals – Procurement Lead at Climate Action Africa (EDM-CAA). She joined Alinea International in 2019, initially serving as a Data Analyst and Communications Coordinator, where she supported the Canadian Trade Commissioner-funded Technical Service Mapping Project and the GAC Venezuelan Task Force’s Donors Conference Pledge Tracking and Reporting Project. Angela has coordinated multi-year projects across Sub-Saharan Africa and Southeast Asia, ensuring seamless project execution and adherence to global standards and donor requirements. With a background in International Development and a passion for data, she has supported the development of MEL systems, tools, and indicators for various sustainability initiatives. Having worked with a diverse range of stakeholders—including governments, NGOs, and the private sector, Angela has fostered the ability to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions.
