Charlotte is the project officer for the EDM-CAA. She manages the South-South Exchange mechanism and oversees the Request for Support’s portfolios, among many other tasks. With 10 years of diverse professional experience, she has cultivated a robust expertise in water, sanitation, and humanitarian sectors. She began her career as a researcher specializing in transboundary watershed management, where she developed a strong foundation in environmental and water resource management. Charlotte’s career then transitioned into the role of a Water and Sanitation Consultant, where she undertook short-term assignments across Sub-Saharan Africa, including Comoros, Nigeria, Lesotho, Cameroon, Ghana and Tunisia, for the AFD, UNICEF, the AfDB and the World Bank.
Charlotte worked in the humanitarian sector for Doctors without Borders, managing HR and Finance operations for health programs in Peru and Uganda. She holds a master’s degree in social science, specializing in Local Development for developing countries, with a focus on the promotion of International WASH projects.
