The Economic Commission for Livestock, Meat, and Fisheries Resources (CEBEVIRHA) is a specialized institution of CEMAC responsible for promoting the sustainable development of the livestock and fisheries sectors in Central Africa. Based in N’Djamena, Chad, it works to strengthen food security, improve people’s incomes, and support regional economic integration. Through its programs and partnerships, CEBEVIRHA supports member states in modernizing livestock farming, promoting livestock and fishery products, and local industrialization. Its work helps transform these sectors into real drivers of economic growth, job creation, and sustainable development in the CEMAC subregion.
