ALIN enables communities to access information and knowledge through rural-based Maarifa (Knowledge) centres, publications, and web tools. Maarifa centres are public spaces that offer computers, Internet and library services and knowledge-sharing forums. Proactive and consistent outreach to communities with information, training, support and setting up of demo plots to ensure that communities receive and more importantly, are able to make use of the information and knowledge.
