Overview
- Development of project documents for ABM support to the Sao Tome and Principe Biosphere Reserves and high conservation value areas HCVs in the national designation “Special Reserves”.
- The overall objectives of this request are (1) to design terms of reference for the Adaptation / NDC Focal Point to approve and authorize projects for participation in the ABM. This “letter of approval and authorization” will enable donor countries to report their contributions as adaptation finance under the Paris Agreement; and (2) to develop an ABM Methodology and an Activity Design Document for at least one protected area, which will then undergo validation and become registered as an ABM project.
