Milimer is Climate Action Africa’s Urban Resilience Advisor, as well as Climate Principal Consultant, Sustainability and Climate Change with WSP. Based in London, England, she is a climate change and sustainable infrastructure professional with a proven track record in driving green city action plans and sustainable infrastructure investment globally, through policy dialogues, capacity-building and technical assistance to governments. Milimer has worked with over 20 cities and regional governments, building institutional capacity across Europe, Latin America, Asia, and Africa to achieve net zero and climate resilience. This has been achieved through expertly leading and supporting a diverse portfolio of capacity-building projects on decarbonization pathways and climate adaptation for clients, including Norway’s International Climate and Forest Initiative (NICFI), Germany’s International Climate Initiative (IKI), the Green Climate Fund (GCF), UNDP, and the UK PACT (Partnering for Accelerated Climate Transitions). She holds an MSc in Environmental and Sustainable Development from UCL’s The Bartlett Development Planning Unit.  Fun fact about Milimer: has a twin sister and her two best friends are also twins.  LinkedIn
