Ruslan Marukha is a finance, administration, and procurement specialist with over eight years of experience supporting complex international development and governance projects. He has worked with leading organizations including Alinea International, Chemonics International, and the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine, contributing expertise in project coordination, financial oversight, procurement management, and multi-stakeholder engagement.
At Alinea International, Ruslan supports Global Affairs Canada–funded initiatives across Ukraine and Sub-Saharan Africa, including the Expert Deployment Mechanism – Climate Action Africa (EDM-CAA) and the Recovery for All (RFA) project. His role spans financial management, contracting, compliance, logistics, and operational support to technical experts and government counterparts. Ruslan also previously coordinated activities under the PROTECT2 project, helping align Ukraine’s defence and security reforms with NATO standards.
