Véronique is a dedicated Project Officer for the Climate Action Africa project, with over eight years of experience in international development, project management, and business development. They have overseen complex, multi-stakeholder projects across Africa, Asia, and Latin America, focusing on delivering high-quality outcomes aligned with donor requirements. Their work includes managing diverse teams, coordinating cross-border initiatives, and implementing efficient project workflows to ensure timely, cost-effective results.

Notable accomplishments include securing over CAD 95M in funding for various development initiatives through the preparation of competitive proposals and bids. Their expertise extends to budget oversight, compliance with international donor regulations, and developing operational manuals and strategic work plans. They have led the startup of new projects, facilitated capacity-building workshops, and supported technical teams in achieving program objectives.

Fluent in French and English, Véronique has strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with various stakeholders. They hold a Master’s degree in International Security from the University of Sussex and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Dalhousie University.
